To make sure this happens, a testing day was held at ST Engineering iDirect’s Labs in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium.
Bo July, Ebert Kiekens and Lode Keppens from the Innoptus team got to grips with the Kymeta flat panel antenna and learned how to establish a connection with the satellite so they can access critical data on their PCs.
This crack team of engineers have dedicated many months to the development of the most innovative and effective solar car.
They have a lot to live up to as the team are current World Champions. No pressure! :-)
